Student Sundays -Strength & Conditioning Training Sessions @DropoutFightclub 2:30 - 4pm

Drip Factor is a group Stength and Conditioning training session for student athletes in both high school and college. We train our Athletes to embrace the grind that comes with athletic performance. ensuring you are strong, fast, agile, and resilient in your sports journey.

During Our Sessions We Will Cover...

  • Speed & Conditioning: Improve your acceleration, top-end speed, and sport-specific endurance. 

  • Flexibility & Mobility: Increase your range of motion to boost power output and reduce the risk of common athletic injuries.

  • Weight Training (Strength & Power): Build a foundational strength base and develop explosive power. Learn proper lifting techniques to maximize muscle growth and functional strength.

 

This class is for athletes of all sports and skill levels (high school, college, club) who are serious about preparing their body for a full athletic season.

Our Training Grounds

We are thrilled to announce a major upgrade to our training regimes through an exciting new partnership with Dropout Fight Club!

 

This collaboration allows us to bring our high-quality fitness programs to a unique and state-of-the-art space. Starting soon, all of our student strength and conditioning classes will be hosted at the impressive Dropout Fight Club location, providing our athletes with an enhanced environment to push their limits and achieve peak performance. Additionally, all personal training sessions will also take place in this facility, ensuring our clients receive one-on-one coaching in a professional and motivating atmosphere. 

Meet Your Coach: Antoine Davis

Antoine Davis brings a unique and multifaceted background to your fitness journey, blending high-level athletic coaching with diverse training experience. Antoine is currently serving as the Assistant Football and Strength Coach at Pulaski High School right here in Milwaukee, WI, he is deeply committed to developing local talent and fostering physical excellence.

His foundational expertise is rooted in competitive sports, having played two years of collegiate football. Following his athletic career, Antoine successfully pivoted, dedicating time to developing an artistic career before returning to his passion for fitness and coaching.

Antoine's practical experience is vast, including a previous role as a Boxing Coach at Dropout Fight Club and time spent as a Group Strength Coach at Shorewood High School. He has also served clients at respected facilities such as the Wisconsin Athletic Club, Gold's Gym, and the Shorewood Community Fitness Center.

With over 10 personally trained clients under his belt, Antoine is proficient in delivering customized programs tailored to individual goals. He maintains his professional readiness with current CPR & AED certifications, ensuring a safe and effective training environment.
